Copper and magnesium engravings, machined brass and aluminum sculptured and combination dies, thermal kiss-cut and clicker dies, counters and duplicates — all with in-house graphics. Every die is made to your artwork, press and stock.

Materials
The right metal for the job.
Brass
Sculptured, dimensional and combination foil/emboss dies. Holds fine detail through long runs and high heat.
Copper
Flat foil stamp, emboss, deboss, engraving and mold dies. 1/4" or 16 gauge.
Magnesium
Economical flat stamp, letterpress, pantograph and mold dies. 1/4", 11 pt or 16 gauge.
Aluminum
Machined sculptured and flat dies — a light, economical alternative to brass for larger emboss and foil work.
How it works
From artwork to finished die, usually inside a day.
Most flat dies ship within 24–48 hours of approved artwork. Sculptured and combination dies take 3–5 business days. Rush timing is available — just ask.

Vector art at 100% scale, 100% black and white, type converted to outlines. Email a PDF or upload it with the quote form. A press sheet is needed when the die must register to printing.

Metal, thickness, depth, bevel, trim, registration marks, counters and heat compensation. We'll flag anything in the art that won't hold up in metal before we cut.
