How do I place an order?
Call us and one of our representatives will assist you, or use the online quote form. A printable PDF order form is also available.
What is the standard turnaround time?
24–48 hours is our standard turnaround. Sculptured and combination dies normally take 3–5 business days. Contact us for exact times on your job.
How do I get a quote?
All quotes are requested by email. Send your specifications and artwork to art@beaverengraving.com, or fill in the quote form and it will prepare the email for you. We will personally reply with a quote or price list.
What type of dies do you manufacture?
Foil stamp, emboss (2-level and sculptured), deboss, combination, fabric emboss/deboss, duplication, engraving, letterpress, burnishing, mold, thermal kiss-cut, pantograph, metal mount and counter dies. See the complete listing.
What software programs can I use?
Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Acrobat files are preferred. Send vector files with type converted to outlines. See accepted file types.
What file format do you require?
We prefer vector EPS, AI or PDF files. If you submit a Photoshop file, make sure it is 100% black and white and high resolution — 1800 dpi at 100% final size.
How do I submit my work?
Save your artwork as a PDF and email it to us. Include an order form and a hard copy (or press sheet if registration is needed). Full details are on the artwork specs page.
How do I provide artwork?
Either as scan-ready black-and-white artwork, or by email with a black-and-white print included. Use the quote form to upload files, or follow the artwork instructions.
Is my artwork good to use?
Artwork needs very sharp edges to reproduce in metal. Send it over and we'll look at it and let you know. If clean-up or computer design work is required, we will supply a price estimate first.
